Support, response time

Hi! Is it still possible to ask for support at the bug report form? I get no message that confirms that my report has been sent, and have been waiting almost a week now for an answer. Please give me a tip and tell me what email I can write to for support. All the best from Trondheim, Norway,

I’m sorry that you have been waiting for a response, your support request did come through on the support@echoes.xyz email address which is the correct address. The last two weeks have been very busy, we’re a small team and Josh has been working overseas on a project and other staff were on leave. Hey Gyrid, you’ve already emailed about this and opened a separate thread here. This is a really tricky problem, not least because it’s the last item in a walk with a lot of logic in it. We are looking into it.

Yes, I know, tried to understand it and tried different approaches for some weeks, but cannot find out what the problem is. Great if you can see why it does not play! And if there is a limit to how much logic it is possible to have, it is also good to know.

Hey Gyrid, I found the problem. Do you have access to the Echoes TestFlight version of the iOS app?

Er… Do you have the TestFlight app installed on your device and access to ECHOES through that?

I downloaded test flight now, and it triggered sound. But shouldn´t it work in the “regular” app? best, Gyrid
