Often i get this error when opening the walk in a map, even though all the files seem to be in place and able to play. I try re-downloading a walk, but that often doesn’t help. Has anybody else had this happen, or know what it represents? thanks for reading
Hello! Yes, I had this exeprience this week on a walk I am working on! Would also like to have som help on what might be the issue.
There’s a bug with the creator. Once you save/publish the walk this disappears.
That’s not what I’ve found. When viewing the walk in the app, even re-downloading the walk several times sometimes doesn’t get rid of this message.
Aha, So this is related to the android app and nothing to do with the creator.

Yes, I found out also that sometimes when you download the walk after changing files, it says missing files the firt time you push start, but it disapperars after that! In the app (iOS version)
Aha, so now I think I know what the issue is. The server creates a ‘download package’ in the background after you hit save/publish in the creator. If you save any new audio files, it will create a new download package and this can take a minute or two, especially if there are a lot of files. I think there’s some sort of confusion between this download package and the new version of the data pointing to the files in the app which takes a bit of time to resolve.
